FTBA Mission Statement

Membership to the Fort Thomas Business Association is a valuable investment providing many opportunities to help

your business grow & prosper.


The FTBA’s networking opportunities can help you make valuable business connections. Informational/Educational events and seminars provide you with tools, guidance and insight on key business issues.


FTBA has developed a website that we along with the city and school district market extensively to residents and

visitors as the Place for Everything About Anything Fort Thomas. We encourage our members to take advantage of

these unique and affordable opportunities to promote their business.


Well-attended FTBA events also provide sponsorship opportunities to help your business gain valuable exposure. Finally, the FTBA serves as an advocate for our membership by establishing strong relationships with all levels of elected officials, local and state agencies and more.


The FTBA holds elections for the FTBA board every November. Monthly Meetings are held the second Thursday of every month.


The Fort Thomas Business Association was established to be an advocate for the local business community by educating its members, influencing policy makers, and to be a problem-solving medium for membership that promotes business. We are a group of committed, positive, and successful people who are always striving to be balanced, integral, and honest. We will work with our membership to drive collaboration and support for our community and businesses.

FTBA Leadership is focused on our ACES initiative

- Advocate for businesses with the City. The FTBA board is the voice for local businesses with city council. It is the goal of the FTBA to make sure businesses have a seat and feel supported by the city.

- Collaborate with other businesses in the community. The FTBA will be the platform to cohesively introduce businesses to one another.  The larger the network, the stronger the business community.

- Educate with local business resources.  FTBA will hold monthly meetings for network opportunities and to educate business owners.

- Supportwithin the Fort Thomas community. Effective backing of local businesses.

FTBA Officers

President - Drew Schwegman

Drew works as a national business coach for ActionCOACH. He resides in Fort Thomas with his children and wife, another local business owner, Emily O’Connor Schwegman DDS.

Vice President - Erika Kraus-Vice President

Erika and her husband Matt Albers along with their partners are Co-owners of Midway Café.

Secretary - Nick Rolf

Nick is a licensed agent for Gross Insurance. Nick was born and raised in Fort Thomas and currently resides in Bellevue.

Treasurer - Mark Collier

Mark is a local Fort Thomas Resident as well. Mark is Chief Editor of Fort Thomas Matters, as well as The Living Magazines.  He lives in Fort Thomas with his wife Lindsey and two boys.

FTBA is a future-focused organization who connects people and companies to promote personal, organizational and community growth.

Businesses inside and outside 41075 are welcome to join.

The Fort Thomas Business Association renews membership every year in June. All new or renewing businesses with 0 to 10 employees pay $75 per year.
